After several years of experience in HR, I took the opportunity to join Boortmalt in order to implement an integrated HR policy across the whole group.
It is a truly challenging project. We are putting in place a coherent HR policy adapted to the specific needs of the company, in 7 countries, all with very different laws and very different cultures. It is a real but exciting challenge.
Creating a connection between our employees, making our intercultural diversity a strength, increasing the employability of our employees through professional development and by putting the well-being of our employees as a priority, will enable us to contribute to build a more competitive, world class and sustainable malt business.
